Goodbye 2014 What a crazy year. My wife and I have packed in so much stuff over the last 12 months it doesn’t seem like it should have been possible. I should be way more tired, but here I am – refreshed and ready for more.
Well, I’ve done it again. Over the last (roughly) 6 weeks I’ve redesigned this site and migrated it to WordPress. Something that was long overdue.
Well here we are again, another year has passed and it’s time to reflect.
Every once in a while, I think about how to know when it’s time to move on professionally. This could mean changing industries, changing employers, or both. These thoughts do not include salary, benefits, or company culture. They are strictly based on what you are doing.
A few weeks ago I started an experiment. I created a website that sits on top of the Ghost Blogging Platform called ThatsMyFrontEnd.com. The idea is two-fold. First, it’s a way to publicly try out Ghost. Second, it’s a place to write focused content surrounding the world of front end technologies.
